Fit First, Every Silhouette — Woven Dresses and Skirts Are on Their Way

Dresses and skirts are some of the most requested styles we get asked about, so we're building a woven dresses and skirts builder for Pattern Room, with the same fit-first approach behind every style we make.

We'll be straight with you: this is a much bigger builder than anything we've made so far. Think of all the ways a dress or skirt can change. Bodice or no bodice, waist seam or no waist seam, darts, princess lines, yokes, gathers, pleats, flares and wraps, plus every neckline, sleeve and length on top of that. Each combination has to balance and fit properly, not just look right on a sketch.

That takes time to do well, and we'd rather get it right than rush it. It'll take a little while, but we will get there.
